Once a month NHSIMB holds a general membership meeting in the choir room at Neshaminy High School. These meetings are open to all instrumental music parents to keep up to date with our activities and finances. In the General Membership folder below you will find copies of agendas for current and past meetings as well as information about our budget and finances. The monthly meetings are the best time to share your voice and ask questions about how we operate. We encourage all parents to come by!

We have instituted some important parking procedures at NHS during marching band season, and we ask all parents to follow these to ensure drop off and pick up go as quickly and smoothly as possible:
Please pull down towards the red auditorium doors. Stopping by the band room causes a back-up of cars trying to turn into the main driveway.
This is for Marching Band Staff, NHSIMB Exec Board, and Uniform Chairs only. Please do not park in this lot or block the entrance at any time.
Please DO NOT park along the curb in order to allow our pit members room to unload equipment safely. During away events, this area needs to be clear for buses to pull up and unload.
